A huge shout out to Chris Minter who solved a thermostat connection issue that was causing our boiler to cycle on/off and not turn on any heat. He was so polite, kind, and communicative about what he was doing. And best of all, he got things working again -- especially important ahead of a predicted cold front.

I initially called Townsend to report my furnace was not working. The lady told me that the service department or dispatcher would call me. I waited about an hour and talked to Mr. Jonathan James on the phone. Jonathan was extremely helpful and courteous and contacted the service department at Townsend. He narrowed down the time the service department will contact me. It will be between 12 - 4 pm instead all day. Thank you, Jonathan

Yesterday we had our furnace cleaned but later in the day we had an issue with it. I then called for service to come out. Even though it was after 5 PM they were able to send a technician and he arrived around 8:00 PM. Harry stayed here and fixed the nozzle and got our furnace back up and running better than it was before we had service. Thank you so much for having someone come out even though it was after hours and please note that Harry did an excellent job!
